the specifics of local residential codes so we can help the contractor and homeowner utilize all the credits and offsets allowed
when implementing fire sprinklers.
We at Blue Water Fire Sprinklers believe residential fire sprinkler system
design and installation can and should be recognized as an industry rather than an orphan child or ‘fill in’ for
a commercial fire sprinkler company. Residential fire sprinkler systems use plastic instead of steel components. Visual esthetics
are extremely important in peoples homes where as it isn’t important in a warehouse or industrial building. Homes are
very personal and the homeowner is concerned about the safety of their children and personal belongings as well as esthetics
where the owner of a warehouse is primarily concerned about how they can save money. Which isn’t bad. It is just 2 different
motivations requiring different kinds of treatment and solutions.
