Owner of Blue Water Fire Sprinklers

Herb Schairbaum has owned Blue Water for 3 years during which time we've installed residential sprinklers in over 200 homes.  We've also pioneered the use of PEX piping in residential fire sprinkler system in the northwest.  Pex has been used for over a decade for plumbing and radiant heating and has a reputation of being extremely durable and easier to install.  We use both the traditional CPVC and PEX depending on the architecture of the house and the jurisdiction the house is being built in.  Prior to owning Blue Water Fire Herb owned and operated a multi million dollar computer software company for 16 years.  Herb is also NICET I certified which is a national certification.  Level II certification will be obtained within the year. 
 
We also have a crew of several fire sprinkler installers who have combined experience of over 12,000 hours installing fire sprinklers systems.  We’re prepared for the coming expansion of home fire sprinklers driven by code and home owner demand.

-  homes on wells where pumps and tanks are 
     required.
We bid from paper drawings, pdf files, or CAD drawings, whichever you prefer.  We test thoroughly, we clean up after our job, and don’t have conflicts with the other trades
